    "content": "Shipping & Delivery Last updated: October 2026 Where we deliver We deliver anywhere in Malaysia. We do not currently ship outside Malaysia. What it costs Standard delivery is free on orders of RM250 or more, after any discount. Below that, standard delivery is RM50. Express delivery is RM50 on any order. You choose at checkout, and the charge is shown before you pay. How long it takes Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery, after a handling time of 24 to 48 hours while we prepare your order. We will tell you if anything is going to take longer. Tracking You will get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. For practical reasons, items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. If your tracking email has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it. If a parcel is late, lost or damaged Until the goods reach you, the risk is ours. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will replace the order or refund it. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself. Getting your address right Please check the delivery address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, contact us and we will arrange to send it again.",

    "content": "Refunds & Returns Last updated: October 2026 Cancelling an order You can cancel an order at any time before it ships, with no charge. Most orders leave us within 24 hours, so if you need to change or cancel, email us at theteam@insectscreensmalaysia.com as soon as you can. Once packing and shipping have started an order can no longer be cancelled, and the return terms below apply instead. Returning a product within 30 days You can return a product within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. This covers changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing it. For a change of mind, you pay the cost of sending the goods back. To be eligible, the product must have been delivered within the last 30 days, be uncut, unused and in its original packaging with everything it came with, and come with the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. We cannot accept returns of items bought from other retailers. If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered This is not a change of mind. If a product arrives damaged, has parts missing, or is not the item you ordered, tell us straight away and we will put it right at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under Malaysian consumer protection law. What you get back and when We refund to the payment method you used, so a card refund goes back to that card and a PayPal payment goes back to that PayPal account. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after the returned item reaches us. If you would rather keep the amount as credit for a future order, ask us and we will do that instead. How a contract is formed The products on this site are an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. Your order is the offer. A contract is formed when we accept it, which we do by emailing you an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods, whichever comes first. Prices and payment All prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM). No tax is added at checkout. Delivery is free on orders of RM250 or more and RM50 below that, and express delivery is RM50 on any order. The delivery charge is shown before you pay, so the total at checkout is the total you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe or through PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Where a product shows a previous price next to the current one, the previous price is the price this shop charged for that item before the current offer. If a price is obviously wrong, for example because of a typing error, we will tell you before dispatch and you can accept the corrected price or cancel at no cost. Cutting a screen to size Every standard screen is designed to be cut down at home to fit your own opening. Order the size above your measurement. Once you have cut a screen it cannot be returned as unwanted, but your rights over faulty goods are unaffected. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. This is our own policy, and the conditions are on the Refunds & Returns page. Nothing there removes any right you have under Malaysian consumer protection law. Faults If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Sale of Goods Act 1957, apply in full.
